Produced in Nantou County, Taiwan, this lightly oxidized oolong is very light and aromatic. Grown at 800 meters, this balled oolong is a blend of several harvests over multiple seasons. It is not baked, but stored in vacuum sealed bags prior to blending to preserve the fresh flower scent. This is a complex oolong with aromas of flowers such as lily of the valley and jasmine.
